Antes de la emisi\u00f3n de la factura, se creara un documento XML que se enviara a la Hacienda Foral. En ese archivo se incluir\u00e1 todos los datos de la factura (emisor, destinatario, importe, fecha) y las huellas TicketBAI.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2e c1-2f c1-b c1-8w c1-3q c1-57 c1-8x\">Firma del fichero<\/strong>. El fichero TicketBAI deber\u00e1 firmarse electr\u00f3nicamente. El programa determinar\u00e1 el tipo de firma que habr\u00e1 que usarse.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2e c1-2f c1-b c1-8w c1-3q c1-57 c1-8x\">Generaci\u00f3n de la imagen de la factura<\/strong>. La factura tendr\u00e1 que presentar dos elementos para cumplir con el sistema TicketBAI. Primero: incluir el identificativo TicketBAI. Esto vincula la factura f\u00edsica con el fichero. Segundo: inclusi\u00f3n de un c\u00f3digo QR. Mediante este mecanismo, el destinatario podr\u00e1 analizar los datos de la factura.<\/li>\n<li><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2e c1-2f c1-b c1-8w c1-3q c1-57 c1-8x\">Env\u00edo de los ficheros<\/strong>. Si el contribuyente sancionado volviera a\u00a0<strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2e c1-2f c1-b c1-8w c1-3q c1-57 c1-8x\">cometer la misma infracci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0la sanci\u00f3n seria del\u00a0<strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2e c1-2f c1-b c1-8w c1-3q c1-57 c1-8x\">30%<\/strong>\u00a0de su cifra de negocio, con un\u00a0<strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2e c1-2f c1-b c1-8w c1-3q c1-57 c1-8x\">m\u00ednimo de 30.000<\/strong>\u00a0euros.<\/p><p>Cuando el incumplimiento tenga\u00a0<strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2e c1-2f c1-b c1-8w c1-3q c1-57 c1-8x\">car\u00e1cter ocasional<\/strong>, la sanci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 de<strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2e c1-2f c1-b c1-8w c1-3q c1-57 c1-8x\">\u00a02.000 euros\u00a0<\/strong>por operaci\u00f3n respecto de la que se haya producido el incumplimiento. Se considere que el incumplimiento tiene car\u00e1cter ocasional cuando el importe de las operaciones respecto de las que nos haya utilizado el sistema inform\u00e1tico no supero el 2% de la cifra de negocios del periodo impositivo.<\/p><p><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2e c1-2f c1-b c1-8w c1-3q c1-57 c1-8x\">Destruir, borrar o manipular el software y archivos inform\u00e1ticos<\/strong>\u00a0acarrea una<strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2e c1-2f c1-b c1-8w c1-3q c1-57 c1-8x\">\u00a0sanci\u00f3n del 20%<\/strong>\u00a0de la cifra del negocio con un\u00a0<strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2e c1-2f c1-b c1-8w c1-3q c1-57 c1-8x\">m\u00ednimo de 40.000<\/strong>\u00a0<strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2e c1-2f c1-b c1-8w c1-3q c1-57 c1-8x\">euros<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2e c1-2f c1-b c1-8w c1-3q c1-57 c1-8x\">La reincidencia<\/strong>\u00a0supondr\u00e1 una sanci\u00f3n del\u00a0<strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2e c1-2f c1-b c1-8w c1-3q c1-57 c1-8x\">30%<\/strong>\u00a0y un\u00a0<strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-2e c1-2f c1-b c1-8w c1-3q c1-57 c1-8x\">m\u00ednimo de 60.000 euros<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p><p>Todas estas sanciones se reducir\u00e1n un 30% en caso de conformidad y pago.\u00a0<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
